BRITNEY Spears returned to Los Angeles after a two-day visit to Louisiana to attend the birth of her sister Jamie Lynn's first child and immediately saw a member of her entourage become involved in an altercation with a photographer.
Between 30 and 35 photographers swarmed around her vehicle outside the terminal of Los Angeles International Airport before a bodyguard pushed a camera into a photographer's face, police sergeant Jim Holcomb said.

He said that the photographer complained that the shove left a slight mark on the cheek, but no charges were filed.

Pop star Spears, 26, has been the subject of intense paparazzi attention during her much-documented personal problems in recent months, with one Californian politician proposing a law change to protect celebrities from overzealous snappers.
